Our team works with individuals, families, corporations, military and students and offer services to help with everything to make your move smooth and easy. WE LOVE PETS TOO!

Pets are welcome at most of PLPM’s properties when they meet the terms below.

$350 pet security deposit shall be paid prior to move-in. This is in addition to the residential security deposit and is refundable after move-out as long as there isn’t damage, odor, fleas, or etc to the property.

Monthly Pet Fees:

– $30/month per cat or dog under 35 lbs

– $50/month per dog over 35 lbs

Although we don’t have a current list of breeds not allowed, PLPM must approve the pet before move-in. Check with the leasing agent for any other animals. No Pit Bulls permitted.

Some properties have a maximum number of pets permitted per residential unit.
